We are doing this for 15 years. We know all resorts on this site personally. We know the quality.
Let's discuss your needs. And we will show you the options.
Choose a resort and best dates for you.
Please send us your requirements via the submit widget on each page to ask questions or give us info. You may use the one on this page as well.
Put a deposit. Booking is confirmed up on paying a non-refundable deposit which varies from 10% to 40% based on resorts. You may transfer the monies to - Commonwealth Bank - Account name - Rama Prasad - BSB 064347 - ACC 10024048. Please email us the info using one of the widgets at the footer (bottom) on any page.
Pay the remaining at the resort on arrival, and indulge in rejuvenation.
Flight bookings. Always get quotes from few places. Google your local Asian flight centres as well. Travel comes with its risks of multitude. Insurance is a fantastic option. Once you book the ticket, please email us a copy so that we can organise your local transfers in India.
Health insurance. Optional but, we still recommend it. Even though you are going to a health retreat with well-trained staff will monitor your health the expense can be retrieved if necessary. Its always best to on the safer side with the other sides of travel. Sometimes, an extra $50-$80 insurance really helps.
immunization. You are going to the Ayurveda centre with thousands of herbs and recipes, with at least couple of experienced Ayurveda doctors. Do you really need immunization? If you are into it, talk to any of your local homoeopath first. Most health food stores stock these. Decision is yours.
Money. You can take any currency. Don't change it here. Money changers are at all airports 24/7. Change it at any local shop while in India. Private local converters give you sometimes 10-20% more than any other places such as hotels and airports. Usually all currencies are changed in India. Credit cards are also fine for higher end shops, resorts and hotels.
Summer clothing, hats and sunnies. Resorts are designed for international visitors. So any 'international' clothing is fine. When you go out, please be modest. South India is always warm. So cotton tops and shorts / pants are fantastic. You can buy these for $10-$15 as well. A hat and your sunnies will keep you safe from sun, even though the ozon umbrella is all sealed up in this region.
Touring around. Resort vehicles or vehicles organized by the resort for any local transfers are probably a lot safer and more secure. It avoids all confusions regarding distance and fare. Lonely planet guides give you more info about your locality. Ask at the resort desk for a full local festival and attraction list. They have short tours on request as well.
